We are seeking individuals with a heart to reach Canadians of all ages and backgrounds with the Gospel — and passionate teachers who want to equip believers to be more effective witnesses.

Internships
Flexible summer, year-round, or part-time internships are available for Bible College students, camp staff, church, and ministry leaders.
Approved interns can receive charitable financial support.

Steps to Join
Pray
1.
Seek the Lord prayerfully and ask for His wisdom, understanding, discernment and direction. Speak with a pastor or mentor for guidance.
Connect
2.
Meet with an ICM ministry leader.
This conversation begins the relationship and helps clarify the vision, goals and possible role.
Apply
3.
Complete an application, review ICM's handbook and statement of belief, and provide the requested references.
Interview
4.
The ministry leadership team will contact you for an interview.
Commissioning/
deputation plan
5.
A commissioning church is required of all ICM staff and is critical to your ministry’s effectiveness as well as your personal spiritual care. You will introduce ICM and the proposed partnership to your sending church. Together, we will discuss the ministry plan, personal support and spiritual care.
Approval
6.
Once approved, the applicant and ICM sign a memorandum of understanding outlining their roles and responsibilities.
