We need your help
We are seeking individuals with a heart to reach Canadians of all ages and backgrounds with the Gospel — and passionate teachers who want to equip believers to be more effective witnesses.

ICM staff serve in areas they are gifted and called to, with considerable freedom while supporting the shared mission of ICM.

Steps to Join
Pray
1.
Seek the Lord prayerfully and ask for His wisdom, understanding, discernment and direction. Speak to a pastor/mentor for assistance.
Connect
2.
Next step to meet with an ICM Ministry leader.
This establishes a relationship and discuss what the vision, goal or role many look like.
Apply
3.
Fill out an application form, review the handbook and our statement of belief as well as references.
Interview
4.
The ministry leadership team will contact you for an interview.
Commissioning/
deputation plan
5.
A commissioning church is required of all ICM staff and is critical to your ministry’s effectiveness as well as your personal spiritual care. You will introduce ICM to your sending church and partnership with ICM, discussions would include what your needs and plans are.
Approval
6.
A memo of understanding (MOU) also included are roles/responsibilities that you must agree to.

Interns and staff have the opportunity to grow in leadership and discipleship in real ministry environments. This experience goes beyond just learning about ministry; it involves actively participating in it.
